Refund policy

Return Period:
You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:
Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Return:
To initiate a return, contact us at support@urbanfaceuk.com. Returns must be sent to the provided address. You will receive a return shipping label and instructions once your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if there is a defect, damage, or incorrect item, so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off:
If shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return the order for any reason, under the same conditions mentioned above.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company. Contact us if you haven't received your refund after 15 business days.
